These programmes aims to help teams through the awareness, engagement and development stages and processess. Activities in the programmes are experiential in design and are facilitated to create appropriate and conducive opportunities for targeted learning outcomes as well as sharing. Training tools like Emergenetics Profiling and Team Development Models are also incorporated to make the learning more relevant, effective and impactful.
Often or not skills that are required for team success especially soft skills are often not given the attention they deserve in traditional training, e.g. developing attitudes that improve team performance, awareness of and sensitivity to team members, recognition of each others personal strengths and weaknesses are not subjects that can just be taught. Team members need to go through experiential exercises so that they can experience some of these physically, mentally and sometimes even emotionally in order to grasp the concepts behind these ideals. TROST Learning offers these programmes to bring insights to good team practices and qualities to help teams be aware of them, develop them and to apply them in their daily lives.
